Categories and Minimum Criteria for Induction into the
Ontario Lacrosse Hall of Fame

1.Charter Members- C.L.A. members & OLHF&M 1997
2. Player- minimum 10 years Jr., Sr. & Pro
3. Women's - Player- 10 years - (5 at a high level)
4. Native People- have their own Selection Committee
5. Builder- minimum 20 years
6. Women's- Builder - 15 years
7. Player/Builder- 15 years
8. Veteran- played 1960 or earlier
9. Special Contributors
